This quarter, 10 land sales raised $64.5MM. Land rights to 329,797 hectares in 824 parcels were distributed to 145 purchasers. These totals are down 12% from 2016 Q3 when $73.0MM was raised from the sale of 410,549 hectares. Windfall Resources (broker) spent the most in Q4 at $8.1MM for 45,122 hectares in 62 parcels. The top non-broker purchaser was Nine Ring Energy with 20,220 hectares in 16 parcels for $1.1MM.
